GoogleBatcheller Monkhouse Tunbridge Wells are exceptional to work with. We worked with them for the sale of our lovely Oast House in East Sussex. We had seen three other agents and BM gave our house the highest valuation of all three agents. They were very clear around the go to market plan and straight with us about the market environment - not very lively and pricing strategy. They had represented the previous owners when we bought the property and during that process always found them to be super helpful. They achieved the price we were looking for and supported us the whole way through with some last minute requests that needed to be satisfied. They are very well networked with the conveyancing lawyers in the area which proved to be invaluable to us to complete on time. Mark, Michelle and Wendy and all the team are first class. We were so glad we appointed them.

GoogleThe whole team at Battcheller Monkhouse, Battle, have been nothing short of Marvellous, without thier profesional help and guidance I wouldnt have ended up with my forever home, i felt they gave me proper.. dare i say.. old fashioned sevice, were you as the customer actually matter. on one occasion i had left a message for Robert not realising it was his day off, he rang me back and helped me regardless. cant praise them all highly enough.

GoogleWe have just sold our 3rd house through Batcheller Monkhouse, the latest one being difficult due to its layout. We had numerous viewings and were kept up to date throughout. We have sold 8 houses through various agents and we would say that Batcheller Monkhouse comes out top. If there is a chain, then they go down the line, moving things along and advising as to progress, or lack of it. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleThe team at Batchellor Monkhouse were the perfect partner for our house sale. Emma, Carly and Emily were a fab team who were supportive and realistic with their advice. If you're selling a character property in mid-Sussex then I would highly recommend them, this is their forte. And in fact, for us, we had sold our property before it even went on the market!
