Unfortunately, as you were not the named tenant for the property in question (even though related), for data protection we were unable to supply you with the information you requested. Whilst we fully understand you were frustrated with this response, I am sure that you understand, that the law is quite strict that we cannot pass information onto third parties under any circumstances. GoogleI wish I didn't have to give them any stars. They're pretty hated around where I live. There are better Estate Agents around.

GoogleAwful service, constantly having to chase them for any updates, only to find they don't like to rent to British people and prefer USAF members (their words) after wasting 2 days for an answer on a property we liked we were told after calling at the end of the 2nd day that it was taken by somebody else. However a friend called in for the same property only for them to be told its still available... words escape me. Avoid at all costs.

Hi Shaun (Daniel), We are sorry that you felt that the service from ourselves was not up to standard. When we put you forward as a perspective tenant, it took quite a time to get a response from the Landlord, despite us chasing. It was the Landlords decision on who to go with as a tenant and whilst we can understand your annoyance in this matter, it was unfortunately beyond our control.

GoogleMy daughter and husband were looking for a rental property in the local area but because they are not military, we couldn't find an estate agents willing to help....until we contacted Balmforth. They were so helpful and found a landlord willing to rent to my daughter and her husband, at an affordable price. It's a lovely property and we are truly thankful.

GoogleGreat Estate agents. We bought my home through Balmouth in February. Robert was great from the first time we met him & could not do enough to help & answered all our every question, it turned out every other member of staff we talked to were just as helpful. Great Estate agents. Would defiantly recommend.

GoogleI had a great experience dealing with Balmforth offices in Mildenhall and Beckrow. The majority of my correspondence was with Matt and Sue and they made my move into the community as smooth as possible. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to attend to all my concerns. I had a bad experience with a local bank that affected my ability to set up my recurring rental payments. However, Balmforth was flexible and willing to work with my situation. I would recommend the Mildenhall and Beck Row branches based off my my personal experience.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience looking for a home to let with Balmforth Estate. They were print and were able to show me a house within two days of talking to them.(I called on the weekend ) Matt showed us a gorgeous,well kept home and was very personable. I would recommend this agency to friends.

GoogleI had heard a lot of horror stories about letting agencies before moving to the UK. This was especially true because most of these people had not been based in the UK when they started to let and thus had no credit rating and such. My first experience was quite the same until I came across the people at Balmforth Haverhill. Let's just say that everything went well from that point on and I simply couldn't recommend them more!

GoogleAWFUL! In the end I had to put in a complaint about the lack of customer service to the Head of Rentals and almost 2 weeks on I have heard nothing from him either. They obviously do not my business so they won't get it.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
