GoogleSo far I've had a great experience with this company. Very friendly showing and office staff. They were recommended to us by another airman. He said this was the best company to rent through in the area. We will be renting our first home through them.

GoogleHaving not rented before I was a bit hesitant , but Balmforth were great from beginning to end and explained everything and answered any concerns as well, and was always informed and guided as to the next steps needed . I had a small issue with a leak when I moved in , this was reported and fixed within a few hours . Great response and professional throughout. Well done Balmforth . GoogleI just moved in to my place and Balmforth made the process smooth and simple. I have a dog and it’s difficult to find a place that allows pets, but Balmforth gave me a list of available homes to match my search criteria. They were very helpful explaining how everything works in the homes since I’m not familiar with the UK appliances. If anyone is trying to find a home with specifics they will do their best to locate one to meet your needs.
