GoogleBryony and the team were awesome, I had a few issues I thought would be a problem but they help as much as they could and everything went perfectly 10/10

GoogleFantastic service provided. Bryony in the lettings team was swift, efficient, friendly and informative during my application process and securing my tenancy with her assistance through Balfours was a pleasure. Follow up post collecting my keys was also attentive and helpful and I felt fully supported. Highly recommend!

GoogleThe service we received as buyers has been second to none. Our purchase has been very complicated but Charlie Giffard has really gone above and beyond over the last 8 months and always gets back to us and does what he promises. We have been so grateful that the vendors of our house used Balfours, to the extent that it is unlikely that the purchase would have happened otherwise.

GoogleBalfours were the agents for a property we were buying and we cannot recommmend them enough. Scott Kemsley was so efficient in helping to iron out difficulties and always returned our calls, even late into the evening on occasion. The purchase would have dragged on a lot longer without his help and, once we had moved in, Balfours sent us a gift voucher. We only wish other estate agents were of the same standard. Thank you Balfours.

GoogleBalfours (Duncan) handled our recent purchase in the most professional yet friendly manner. Duncan was straightforward and very responsive in his dealings with us, and thanks to his considerable experience, the purchase was negotiated to our complete satisfaction with a minimum of stress and drama. In fact, our experience with Balfours has overturned all our previous (mostly negative) experiences of dealing with estate agents, and without doubt we would use them if/when we have a property to sell.

GoogleI will never be able to praise Duncan and all the team at Balfours enough for the excellent service they provided in selling my property. From the outset they were prompt, informative, efficient and effective. The marketing brochure they produced for my home was of outstanding quality. Duncan's considerable expertise was invaluable. His constant support, guidance and proactive approach meant the whole process was far less stressful for me than I thought possible. I would heartily recommend Balfours to any discerning person requiring a first class service.
