GoogleI have found Ayers & Cruiks, and particularly Rhiiannon, to be enormously helpful. Renting can be a challenge and it can sometimes feel like it's hard to get through to a real person - never with Rhiiannon! She always responded in a timely manner and I appreciated her personable and kind manner. It's made all the difference especially in these weird pandemic times. Thank you Rhiiannon!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service, I've never experienced such a pathetic letting service. We were told the apartment is immediately available, but we're only allowed to move in a month later! They are extremely slow to perform any and all services, and do not provide you with feedback or an update - you have to continously phone and email them the whole time to find out if your checks were approved, and continuously ask when are getting the contract, when can you move in, what is the status of the application. Basically you're doing half of their job. They couldn't answer half of the questions and requests regarding the property Complete waste of time - do not waste your time and money, avoid them if possible!

GoogleI have used Ayers and Cruiks to manage the letting of a residential property for nearly 4 years. They have been quick and pragmatic to resolve any issues that have arisen with the property without involving myself as I originally requested, they carry out regular inspections and clearly are professional in the lettings service they provide. They were recommended to me and i certainly recommend them to you.
