GoogleProblem after problem with the flat, and Ayers & Cruiks seem to be so lazy in their pursuit of rectifying these problems. Having raised a complaint about my experience with them which was also a waste of time because they disagree with every point just further consolidates my opinion of them as an unserious company. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Its unfortunate that you feel you have to air your views on a public forum such as this, when we have spent considerable time through our complaints procedure, reviewing your complaint and have given you a detailed reply explaining how this situation has arisen and why the issues you have experienced are beyond the control of our staff. We have also advised you of your rights to take the matter further if are still not satisfied. Our staff have worked very hard to try and rectify this issue in very trying circumstances, they are not lazy, they are just unable to meet your expectations on timing due to the reasons explained in our review. If you wish to contact us further to discuss the matter we can update you and hopefully demonstrate that the matter is being dealt with.

GoogleAyers & Cruiks manage our residential building in Southend and are absolutely SUPERB. They are proactive and effective and just get stuff done with no fuss. Friendly and responsive too and always go the extra mile to achieve results. They sorted an issue with windows at our building within months meaning that we could get work done that had been blocked for 10 years !! 100% recommended

GoogleDeceitful management that only care about themselves and not their conduct. Went into their office in southend to complain and the woman said I was being aggressive. I wasnt being aggressive. She was just minimising me because she, like her organisation is incompetent by my experience.

GoogleI have been a model tenant in one of the 'penthouses' in Baryta house. I have endured 14 months of sheer hell from antisocial behaviour by neighbours on the adjoining balcony. Ayers and Cruiks have consistently failed to enforce the lease or deal with extremely distressing behaviour by these neighbours....They make excuse after excuse for these people and clearly do not care! I have been forced to listen to screaming/swearing/shouting/wailing/retching/vomiting etc, sometimes until 2/3 am. God help whoever moves in after me as I am leaving! The arrogance of the 'team' at Ayers and Cruiks is breathtaking.

We are sorry you have felt the need to make this post especially as our staff have bent over backwards to try and assist you and one of our directors personally took your calls late at night to try and assist you. Unfortunately our powers are somewhat limited, we cannot dictate to people how to live their lives only appeal to them to be reasonable and considerate of their neighbours.
