Sales staff are shambolic and incompetent. Ended up suicidal because of their mind games. Should have sacrificed the reservation fee at that point.

I believe building a customer relationship is important, and both Cheryl & Chloe have demonstrated this throughout my interactions with their professional knowledge and friendly approach. Of personal importance to myself is that they both delivered when promised, on any information that I requested . I look forward to there support till I move into my new home.

I had a fantastic experience from the time i booked an appointment to inquire a property until reservation at Foxgrove Village thru the help of Keiran Wilmot. Keiran has always been accomodating and wonderful all through out the process. He would explain everything and would answer every concern and queries we have. We are so grateful for his help and advices so our purchase would be so simple as possible. He always made us feel comfortable in every conversation we had with him. Looking forward for more meetings as we take this journey in buying our property.

Best ever. Seely fields, Can’t recommend Louise and ruby enough. They help above and beyond. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and the sale to go well. You have to remember that there is many people involved in buying a new house and not sweat the small things. It’s very stressful buying a house and Louise and Ruby make it a lot less stressful. I would not hesitate to show my house to people to view before you purchase, we love our new home. Also a big shoutout to all the builders on site as they are great and the best and couldn’t help enough. They do build it. lol. Cheers keith & Michelle

GoogleMoved in over a year ago overall the house inside hasn't had many issues but the biggest problem is with the doors, Avant customer service explain that the doors need them to come out regular (currently had issues over 6 times) and many others unable to close or lock for sometimes over a week voiding insurance and leaving children and partners in insecure property during the night very poor attitude and explanation is it's the weather and all doors do it and surprisingly enough I've never had these problems in any other property or family friends regularly the fact they stopped bifolding doors due to the issues people are having and they're answer is speak to the frame guys ( all they do is a quick fix then leave it knowing that you'll eventually run out of warranty)

GoogleThe woman working at the show room today 18/4/25 around 3pm, was extremely rude and patronising for no apparent reason. Not sure what her problem was but acting this manner to someone enquiring about homes only acts to put them off buying anything related to this place. Did not proceed to check out their homes and I would definitely not recommend this place to others.

GoogleShocking built houses after a closer look . 4 plugs in a kitchen . No light in dining area broken wall tiles the garden is shocking with bits of brick and concrete hanging out of the top soil . Very poor roads and pavement unfinished. Just a big shit hole

GoogleBought the house outright 4 years ago. Big mistake. From day one I’ve had problems. They do not want to take liability for anything that goes wrong. The drainage is shocking as the ground is made of clay and they have not done the drainage correctly leaving all of my lawn boggy. They’re asking for a £250+ surcharge and they haven’t even done the tarmac on the road. They cut all the grass and clip the topery over the road and leave the grass opposite dying, brown, unwatered and generally unkept. It’s like a building site with high drop curbs and road sweepers constantly going past. Lorries and diggers parking right outside the house. I love my first little home that I can all mine by my gosh it’s just one problem after another and no one wants to know. Aslong as your buying, your their favourite customer treating you with vip treatment. As soon as you are in your property, you’re forgotten about and they’re onto the next property. They should be ashamed.
