A big part thank you to Lewis who showed us around the Greenlock Place show homes in Leeds. He gave us a really nice warm welcome and provided us with all the information we needed to know about this location. He showed us around a few different options and did an amazing job at letting us know our options and what future plans were up and coming for this development. What could have been a potentially overwhelming experience turned into a lovely experience and we left feeling excited and at ease (and less overwhelmed)! Great job Lewis!

Fantastic customer service

Having looked around Avant Homes for the first time, my Husband and I was welcomed by Lewis at the Greenlock place Development near Leeds. He gave us fantastic advice on which plots were available and how on the whole development itself and how we can go forward to reserves the plot that we want. He keeps us updated regarding plots and is available if we need any information.

Visit to development

We had a drive out to another development to view some of the show houses that could potentially be the one we would like to purchase on another development we like (bishops quarter) . Sarah was really helpful in showing us the site map of bishops quarter , different show houses to view and making appointments to view other houses at other sites. Would rate a zero if I could. Seem to think that they have no duty of care when they get your money. Snagging or remedial works are ignored. Bought a house 4 years ago and ignoring my outstanding snagging. Never again would I go near avant for a new build

Great Customer Service from Jaqueline and the team at Jackton Green!

My wife and I recently visited the Avant Homes development in Jackton Green to view one of the showhomes there. The staff were fantastic with us, very patient, and allowed us to view the home multiple times. They explained the options available to us, which was a big factor in our decision to proceed with buying the home. Jacqueline was brilliant, and had us both in stitches laughing. Abbey the young saleswoman at Greenwards Point Easingwold was excellent. She was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. We arrived at a very busy time this afternoon and Abbey juggled all four sets of customers calmly and efficiently. My friend was choosing between a two bed bungalow and a three bed house. Abbey gave her time to consider the descriptions. She didn't hurry my friend or push info on. Abbey waited to be asked anout the properties. I was very impressed.

New team of efficient staff

This review relates to the complaints department, and in particular Matthew, Caroline and Laura. We love our house and having bought a new build before we knew that you get issues and snags within the first couple of years. While Avant were still on site they were fairly good at sorting out little bits, but once they left it was rare to see them about. I had raised an issue a while ago and heard nothing so logged a complaint, and within 24 hours Matthew had got back to me and booked a site visit for the same week with Laura and Caroline. The ladies have been this afternoon and they were very helpful, Laura sorted a couple of minor bits while she was here and Caroline made detailed notes about our concerns. I have every confidence that they will remedy our issues and have been really pleased with how our complaint has been dealt with. Thank you.I would add that we have lived in our Avant home for nearly two years and we absolutely love it. The layout is fantastic for a young family and we have not been plagued with issues like others have reported.

Customer Care Home Visit

Today, I was visited by Caroline and Laura. I have been dealing with Caroline for the last few months and she has been fantastic in pushing to get the snag list completed on our property. It was such a breath of fresh air to have a face to face visit from the customer care team today and Laura was able to complete a few jobs whilst here, going above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and that what she did was to a very high standard. I can’t express enough what a difference it makes to have a home visit, so thank you. There are still a few things to do but I have been left today with the reassurance and confidence that all will be sorted and to a standard that I am more than happy with. Thank you so much!Olivia
