Avant Homes, like all other housebuilders, work with affordable housing providers who are interested in investing in new affordable homes in the areas in which we are building, to increase the availability of good quality affordable homes for families who are simply, without assistance, unable to get onto the property ladder or able to access suitable family accommodation. It was not until some months after you purchased your property from us last year that we agreed to sell 11 additional affordable homes to Believe Housing. This sale has only just completed and it means that no site manager or sales staff would have known about the social housing plots when you spoke to them during the sales process.It is Trustpilot and not Avant Homes that removes content from the Trustpilot website. In line with the Trustpilot website terms and conditions, they have the ability to remove fabricated reviews from people who claim to be customers, but who have, in fact never had any dealings with the Company, which we understand is the basis on which certain reviews have been taken down recently.
