Went to see the development at Jackton Green to look to downsize. Was interested in a certain house type and plot. The sales person Colina was friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic about the development and easily put me at ease with the process. Arranged for me to see the house type in another development and gave up so much of her time to explain everything in detail. Cant commend her highly enough for the service she provided.

STRAWBERRY FIELDS CARLTONHaving called in already living in the area we sat down with Nicola in the sales office just for a general nosey back in September and now are looking forward to moving into our new home in the up and coming weeks !!! Nicola has been a breath of fresh air throughout the process with no pressure to buy and find ourselves calling in now in passing just to say hello .I feel i have been a very challenging customer and she has put up with me constantly changing my mind on the extras as they are fitting them that week .I really hope i am happy with the house build as i get to it but if its as good as the care we have had through the whole process i will look forward to it .There was a few bumpy moments along the way and i refused at one point to deal with anyone else at AVANT apart from Nicola so credit where its due .Don't let me down now as all i can say !!!!!!!!! Wayne

I haven’t seen such a liar company, i have paid £5500 for moduleo flooring and ended up with thin layer of rubber, found it after 2 years and they said they don’t cover anymore.

Great customer service, and very helpful team. This was my first dealing with Avant, and having had bad experiences buying new builds in the past from other developers I was at first reluctant. However the property is an investment to add to my letting portfolio and I can say these guys were great. Like buying any house there are always teething problems the advantage of buying new is once your initial snaggings are done you have the near perfect house. No new house comes without snags and Avant were brilliant at getting cracked through them and even explained the snags I would expect of the next year or so as the property settles.

BIG WARNING.... DO NOT BUY WITHOUT READING.....multiple homes impacted this has been worse than dodgy 2nd hand car dealers...lies, delay tactics, useless orders, no shows...MULTIPLE HOUSES ON THE ESTATE ARE SEEING THE SAME ISSUES AS WE ARE...The house was bought and fine except tiling which was very poor and has gaps... damaged shower glass and missing grout/silicon.......so moisture getting to boards and behind timber... So mentioned week one of moving in.Took 2 years to do anything with fob offs and multiple assessments .. and have turned a simple fix into a safety issue ...Finally they show up and they removed whole boards back to timber. Reattached new boards and didn't bring enough tiles.... So have left half on... and no guarantee of tile matching batch colours...And the ones they started to attach are falling off the walls... So we have a 315k house where 2 of 3 bathrooms have not been safe to use in 2 years.No show tilers, bathroom fitters, plumbers.The tiles falling off also include boards falling off so now it is dangerous if the boards haven't been given enough time for glue to harden... How do we know the entire wall isn't going to Buckle...From what should have been a routine fix and a simple problem and fix... I will never buy avant again...The new CEO came from persimmon after ripping them apart as well.. so I get the impression he is tapping avant for as much dividend payments as possible then moving on.DO NOT BUY IF YOUR EXPECTING QUALITY WORK OR A QUALITY AFTER SALES SERVICE

Buying a house on Strawberry Fields, Carlton and so far we’ve been happy with the service we have received. I’ll give Nicola her due, she has helped us all the way along this process (very stressful selling our house) and has worked to ensure we are happy with all the fine details. The house is stunning and I just hope the aftercare is as good as what we have experienced to date. Avant as a builder have worked with us all the way through and both head office (Clare Firby) and on site are friendly helpful people! I’d give 5 stars but we’re only part way through our journey with them. Like with anything, moving house is never going to be straight forward, they’ll always be things that need resolving but so far our experience has been positive.

Really enjoyable look around the properties available. Julie couldn’t have been more helpful, open and honest. Answered all our questions and even followed up on an email query I had late on Sunday which was excellent and unexpected. The houses viewed were all well finished and spacious and the location is excellent. Recently bought a property in the Monkswood development in Priorslee, Telford. Really amazing house and build quality, we've had almost no issues since moving in and we are delighted with everything. Ian and Dave the site managers have been fantastic and the after care has been top notch. Any issues are fixed extremely quickly. Zara for customer service and Keana in sales are also excellent.I can't speak for other Avant developments across the country but the team at the Telford development have been outstanding throughout. Would definitely recommend.
