TrustpilotProceed with caution with an Avant home
Sales staff are shambolic and incompetent. Ended up suicidal because of their mind games. Should have sacrificed the reservation fee at that point.

TrustpilotBest ever
Best ever. Seely fields, Can’t recommend Louise and ruby enough. They help above and beyond. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and the sale to go well. You have to remember that there is many people involved in buying a new house and not sweat the small things. It’s very stressful buying a house and Louise and Ruby make it a lot less stressful. I would not hesitate to show my house to people to view before you purchase, we love our new home. Also a big shoutout to all the builders on site as they are great and the best and couldn’t help enough. They do build it. lol. Cheers keith & Michelle

Jacqueline from Honeyman Park sales was amazing. We’re still in the early stages of purchasing our forever home and have just reserved our plot, but so far, our experience with Jacqueline has been excellent. She’s been incredibly helpful, patient, and informative, guiding us through the process with professionalism and a warm, approachable attitude. We feel confident moving forward thanks to her support and are excited for what’s ahead
