GoogleAbby and daniella were very decent. Would go on and say the best. But subrina is very rude, dodgy and only cares about money. Was a tenant for 2 years and she doesn’t deal with issues on time. So many issues happened with the house that she took merely.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
Hi Abiola, Thankyou for your review. If money is owed to the business then you will be chased, which is normal from any agency. Subrina does not manage property maintenance but rather the property managers/letting negotiators look after maintenance, Subrina has no involvement in this. We understand your comment is due to you attending the office and disputing your deposit refund and refusing to pay council tax you owe. GoogleThe agent Melissa was really helpful to me during the onboarding process as well as during my stay in their property. Abbey helped me to follow up the recovery process of my deposit (bond), though the landlord was delaying but I finally got my money back. Thank you Ashbrookes for such an amazing house, thank you Melissa and Abbey again for your support during and after my stay in the property.
