Sales advisor Ben at the amberrise site in Ripley is super efficient, very helpful, and has an instant answer for any bit of information you wish to ask! Really supportive and informative of people in situations like ours where we’re first time buyers and completely oblivious to the whole process. Ben has been a pleasure to work with so far in getting us off the mark with our first ever home and look forward to the upcoming months in this process.

Just about nine months since we moved into our Calderwood home and still waiting for a long list of repairs still to be carried out that were reported when we moved into our house June 21contractors not turning up with no call so wasting my days off work I had a conversation with customer care manager 3rd December 2021 nearly four months assuring me he would get all outstanding issues sorted still waiting customer care has sent work orders to contractors to make contact to arrange dates for repairs it appears they just ignore they requests it appears the tail is wagging the dog contractors turn up if it suits the latest annoyance our shower is faulty has been for a few months now with the plumber confirming this it turns out wrong shower has been fitted cheaper version fitted customer care told me Mira showers had issues with the shower that should have been fitted so that’s why this one was fitted and we should have been told about this what else has been changed without being told!!what should have been a happy time moving into our BRAND NEW house has given us nothing but stress

The service and support from Anna (the Sales Rep) has been great, I was really disappointed to find that the moment that we were able confirm that we were a cash buyer there was an unexpected and unannounced £3,000 price increase. Not a huge amount in the scheme of the price of the property, but it was not the way that we expected Ashberry Homes to do business.

After a bit of a rocky start we sorted everything in the end with the assistance of Angie in the sales office. A big shout out to Gabby the assistant site manager who has been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. If she says she going to do something then it gets done. Our new home is beautiful, so far only minor snagging all of which is being sorted.

I have been dealing with Ellena and Emma at Round House Park in Melton Mowbray and have to say what an absolute pleasure it has been. What has the potential to be an extremely stressful experience has in fact been anything but. A huge effort was made to ensure I purchased my preferred house and after meeting the site manager Chris and seeing my house with the roof on and inner walls plastered, the product itself is superb. It is obvious that there is pride taken in the workmanship and the finish exhibited in the show homes is far superior to other sites I have seen.I am looking forward to the move to Melton, the only problem I have now is to contain my excitement until May/June. I cannot recommend this company enough by my experience so far and a huge thank you to Ellena and Emma.

I am enjoying the whole process purchasing my beautiful new home at Millfield, Wingerworth. Karen has clearly explained every step and assisted in so many ways with advice and accommodating my requests to involve my grownup family. Now my new house is reserved it’s over to solicitors to work on the legal aspect. I already have appointments with the Site Manager and Karen to go over more details and make choices of carpets and tiles. I would highly recommend Ashberry Homes.

The sales team were extremely helpful. I was particularly pleased that I am able to have granite worktops in the kitchen. The site plans were helpful as I have mobility problems and cannot negotiate steps safely. I was able to find the most suitable bungalow for me.
