I bought a new home at the Sycamore Avenue development in New Cardington in October 2021 and the whole process from start to finish has been stress free and extremely pleasant. Becky in the sales team was always quick to respond to any questions or queries and has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The home completed on time and I've been very happy with the build quality and finish. Throughout the build process I was kept up to date on progress and it was lovely to be able to visit the plot whilst it was being built. Ahead of my move in date I was given a very useful home demo by Callum who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. When my move in date arrived Becky ensured that I had all of the information I needed and made me feel very welcome by providing chocolates, flowers and champagne. The team made sure that the day felt special.Once the property was handed over to me the excellent service continued and site manager Kate Middleton in particular has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kate is always easy to reach, extremely friendly and has gone above and beyond to make my experience as stress free and pleasant as possible. As with any new home there were a number of minor snags but Kate made sure that these were dealt with promptly and encouraged me to contact her any time I needed anything. I also received regular weekly calls from Chrissie to ensure that everything was still going smoothly and that I was still happy with my new home.I would definitely recommend Ashberry Homes and am grateful that their staff have made the house buying experience so easy for me. Thanks Becky, Kate, Callum and Chrissie for all your hard work, it's much appreciated.

I inform that I have not seen the road is blocked, so I stood next to the roundabout. I didn't block anyone. Employee shouting at me for at least 5 minutes and he said to me F...... I...! The matter was referred to 2 managers, but please report the information to the head office. Please explain the matter as soon as possible and take disciplinary solutions.
