GoogleRented storage for storing personal goods. Check in was smooth, great advice on how to get paperwork done and easy to access, all around great experience assisted by Karen & Alex. Thanks guys! My review from long time ago : swung by this self-storage just to buy cling wrap rolls to wrap my travel luggages 10quid, that's cheaper than screwfix next door! yes, you can buy packaging stuff even if you're not a storage-customer! highly recommended :)

GoogleHighly recommended and excellent throughout - we got a one month offer so very cheap, the facility is clean and well maintained, there’s plenty of trolleys etc to assist moving stuff and Steve and the other staff are professional, courteous and helpful. Would definitely use again.

GoogleThe staff introduced the use of the warehouse very warmly and provided good service. I can leave my luggage here when I'm not in Exeter. It's also convenient to have enough storage space.

GoogleLed by Steve and Alex supported by Karen the strategy advice to execution experience of using Big Yellow in Exeter for house moving storage has far exceeded expectations. It has made all the difference in managing the stress of long distance relocation. Nothing has been too much trouble. …..3 months on and there is the same exemplary service on our return visits helping us to rationalise our storage needs and downsize space required. Since our initial contact we have not been on our own with expert storage advice on hand as and when requested. Given over a welcome mug of tea or coffee!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service! Easy, efficient, helpful, great staff. Highly recommended. Our need for the storage unit as ended now but have to say it’s been invaluable. You would not believe what you can actually get in one unit! Staff are so helpful, they make everything so easy. Refund of deposit and anything owed only took 2 days. Fantastic! 2nd time we’ve used the storage unit. Fab service again. Used the out of hours service which was really useful and cheap. Fiona is amazing, friendly and accommodating. Happy to recommend again 😀
