GoogleUsed the company long term for several years visiting the unit every few months. Pricing is competitive with other units when you consider the excellent customer service, safety and security of your belongings as well as accessing the site at any hour, the vast range in terms of size of units and ability to move units (subject to availability) depending on changing storage requirements. As a disabled customer who uses mobility equipment and sometimes a wheelchair, the site is very accessible with units available on the ground floor, level access electronic doors, wide corridors, and a range of available trolleys to suit your needs. In addition clean accessible toilets and ease of genuine disabled access parking and staff always on hand to help - they always offer and you rarely need to ask - make this the recommended choice for storage in Derby. Saving the best for last in this review : Alan and Brett have both been consistently great. They are always helpful, highly professional, take pride in their work, are super efficient and go above and beyond every single time. Customer services aside, I cannot express just how exceptional they both are as people. Alan has been incredibly supportive and empathetic during very difficult circumstances, and Brett is like a ray of sunshine. No matter the challenges I was facing, they both made trips to the unit a positive experience and I always left with a smile on my face. They are amazing human beings. Genuinely sad to say goodbye now that I no longer need storage. They deserve this exceedingly long review and I would highly recommend Armadillo and use them again. I hope both Alan & Brett are recognised for their work ethic and skills by Armadillo HQ.

GoogleLift out if order for the third time we have visited. Toilets are absolutely filthy. We came two days consecutively and there was not evidence of cleaning.
