Connors was fantastic, very polite and professional, greeted me with a handshake and smile, even though the lift was out of order, helped me get some items to the top of the stairs and presented a trolley when required. Even when some people seemed quite stressed he maintained a friendly atmosphere and kept people in good spirits. Even when he was walking around with a cleaning trolley he took the time to stop and see how I was doing and if I needed help. A valiant face for the company and I hope this gets seen by management. I'm glad my items are safe here at Armadillo Storage.

We used armadillo storage in Exeter for about a year and had a really good experience. The price is reasonable and the staff are incredibly helpful. Anytime we had questions or needed help with anything, they were always there and happy to assist. Everything went smoothly and we were very happy with the service overall.

I can’t recommend Armadillo Exeter highly enough. Steve and Karen who manage this unit are beyond kind and helpful, and have made the process of storing my belongings, both at move in and ongoing, so easy and hassle free. The care and interest they take towards customers is evident from the second you walk into the office, and they have repeatedly made what has overall been a stressful experience of moving, into something that feels a little easier. On top of this the unit is secure, clean and easy to access with a good range of units. Very grateful to have found Armadillo.

So easy to set up and use, Steve with a beard sorted my padlock when I got it wrong, Steve without a beard set the room up and showed me how to find it and use the keypad and Karen without a beard was generally lovely. All in all can’t beat it!

Recently needed some storage quickly and without drama. Went onto few website and came across Armadillo self storage Exeter, after submitting some details got call from "Karen" conversation was easy it was clear Karen enjoyed her work and was willing to help me with what l needed not just get money through the till. When l got to the storage facility, Karen met me with a smile and again showing me my storage options to ensure l didn't pay more than l needed but got the space l needed. I am grateful to all the staff I have met at the facility and would recommend talking with them when considering storage needs. Update, down sized the capacity of storage needed and as expected Karen made it a simple transition.... thank you got to get you a bonus in the pay, l hope, "you're worth it"
