GoogleAbsolutely lovely staff, such a pleasure to deal with. Moving house is such a stressful experience, but knowing that the storage was all sorted with no issues and handled by kind, professional people was such a welcome relief. Really good price too so I didn’t mind donating to the noble causes that they support.

GoogleVery friendly and approachable staff. Units were reasonably priced and felt reassured my belongings were safe. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleLed by Steve and Alex supported by Karen the strategy advice to execution experience of using Big Yellow in Exeter for house moving storage has far exceeded expectations. It has made all the difference in managing the stress of long distance relocation. Nothing has been too much trouble. …..3 months on and there is the same exemplary service on our return visits helping us to rationalise our storage needs and downsize space required. Since our initial contact we have not been on our own with expert storage advice on hand as and when requested. Given over a welcome mug of tea or coffee!

GoogleRented storage for storing personal goods. Check in was smooth, great advice on how to get paperwork done and easy to access, all around great experience assisted by Karen & Alex. Thanks guys! My review from long time ago : swung by this self-storage just to buy cling wrap rolls to wrap my travel luggages 10quid, that's cheaper than screwfix next door! yes, you can buy packaging stuff even if you're not a storage-customer! highly recommended :)

GoogleThis is the first time I have ever used storage and it has been a great experience with Armadillo. I had to keep moving my date to put stuff in, but Kim and Bryan were both excellent in helping me to arrange everything. Thank you!

GoogleAs a charity, we have been working with and using Armadillo in Exeter as one of our donation drop offs for many years and we are incredibly happy with the service they provide. Our supporters who drop donations, and our volunteers who collect donations speak very highly of the staff at Exeter and comment on how helpful and nice they are. Without their ongoing support we would not have achieved so much and helped so many people in need. During COVID they have been extra supportive and helpful and the staff were absolute stars. At OHOB we will always give them a 5 star rating and we appreciate all that they do for us and our beneficiaries, they have been supporting our work since the charity was set up, so they are a major part of our operations. So thank you to all the staff and to Armadillo for all they do.

GoogleArmadillo Storage in Exeter are wonderful. We have a drop off unit there for charity donations and they have been taking them in for us for the last 3 years. I cannot recommended them enough. They are always so polite, and friendly and are quick to respond to queries and emails I have received feedback from donors who have dropped off items to our unit, and they have commented on the service and the staff and how brilliant they are. A definite 5 star rating from us!

GoogleI kept my storage unit with Quickstore in Exeter for over 2 years and I never had any problems. The units are really safe (all equipped with alarms) and accessible 24/7 with your personal code. They offer a good range of unit sizes and LOTS of them. The place is clean, with good lighting, and has a huge lift and trolleys available to move large items around without breaking your back. Last but not least, the staff are really nice and super accommodating.

GoogleThe professionalism, courtesy and sheer helpfulness of Kim couldn’t be bettered; dealing with her was like having a Masterclass in excellent customer service and I commend her for being such an excellent ambassador for the company. What was a very stressful situation was made tolerable by Kim’s helpful attitude and the whole experience was well managed simply by her doing her job brilliantly.

GoogleFab staff - both the lady that "checked" us in and Steve who checked us out - were unfailingly polite and helpful. Clear & reasonable pricing, clean facilities, good parking access and absolutely no issues. Secure storage and ideal for summer student storage. Smooth process from start to finish. Very pleased and would use again and recommend.
