GoogleSimon at the reception was very helpful with a kind manner and explained everything to make sure it was a easy and smooth process and answered all the questions I asked with all the information I needed. Would definitely use again and recommend to others too.

GoogleFive out of five in every aspect - originally sent for a quote and received a call from Liam who was chatty and friendly even though we were a few weeks out from reserving he was kind and gave us some useful advice . I was also lucky to speak to Bianca on the phone who was again kind and thoughtful and answered all my questions . Finally on check in day we met Simon who was friendly and chatty too and explained the whole progress for us going forward . From the start these guys have made things easy and simple which is greatly needed when moving house! If you need storage in Dundee area - these guys are the ones to use!

GoogleHelpful, friendly, interested, and even make you cups of tea. Would like to see them expand to 24hr access, but still excellent at the service they provide now.

GoogleHad a great experience. The manager Alan and the rest of the staff are superb and so friendly. It was an ease to move my stuff in and I had a friend do it on my behalf as I was in a different city. I did not expect it to be so stress free. Can't recommend enough, their customer service was amazing. Tara was also helpful today when I popped in :)
