We’ve had a mixed experience with Anwyl Homes. The house itself is lovely, and the on-site team, especially our site manager, Keith, has been fantastic. He’s gone above and beyond to sort out snagging and has always been responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for head office and their processes.

From start to finish Anwyl have been fantastic, didn’t try an sell us anything, just wanted to provide us with a property that we wanted for our needs and helped us not only purchase it but help us but helped with all the legal jargon. They’ve communicated arguably too much but everything we needed to know we, we were told. Then you move on to their site team who have also been exceptional, when you look at what exceptional customer service means should put an Anwyl sign next to it, everything we weren’t happy with they’ve bent over backwards to help and sort and communicated it. Scott and his team have been awesome 👏👏👏👏

From day one the team at winnington have been amazing . Lead by Scott and Keith and the girls in the sales office, everyone including the workmen on site have been warm and welcoming and super helpful no matter what we asked or wanted. The quality of the build is second to none and the estate whilst a working site still is kept beautifully clean at all times . The team even managed to bring forward the build ahead of time to work with our sale . Such a personal touch sharing the teams mobile numbers and the after care help and manual is supportive and really helpful . Really impressed would definitely recommend .

A customer service technician came to repair holes in the plasterboard made when the electrician when rectifying a small problem. The technician had a lovely manner, bright and cheerful, he proceeded to fill the holes in the plasterboard making no mess.

Josh Hough fixed out ensuite door recently. He was punctual and the monend he looked at the door he knew what needed doing. He then fixed the door in under 10 minutes which was lovely. Very professional.

GoogleHouse needed roof repairing after 3 years, anwyl had washed there hands and took no responsibility luckily nhbc recognised shoddy building, also had an ongoing leak from ensuite coming through living room ceiling.....5 years on still have leak. Then the issue with roads being incomplete. They don't actually care at all and I've had dealing with some of there customer service leads I think her name was Annie, horrendous, has the compassion and understanding of used loo roll.
