From the first day when I sought several valuations and Tim was professional, friendly, realistic and thorough (and comes from Lincolnshire!!), there was no contest from other agents.
Having decided to sell with Anthony Pepe, Tim has always been available for totally honest advice and support.
We quickly received a good offer and I was at first concerned at losing minute by minute contact with Tim when we were told that a sales progression manager would look after us, but Andrea has been absolutely brilliant. What can I say? She has shown amazing attention to detail and always responded to emails and calls immediately in a reassuring and professional way. She has made it all so straightforward and I really feel that she became a friend (and you don't often hear that about estate agents!).

However, at times administration could have been more coordinated between departments, such as passing on specific notes about the property during viewings and contractual agreements reflected accurately in invoices. Notably both issues were corrected promptly.
