GoogleI cannot praise Anthony Pepe Estate Agents and, in particular, our wonderful agent ' Paolo Lusardi enough ! Paolo consistently kept in touch with us , was so friendly and helpful he made the difficult process of moving home as straight forward and stress free as was possible . His cheery persona and his tenacity without making us feel pressured was the perfect pitch and his efficiency was second to none. We are very grateful for all Paolo's help and support and would highly recommend him and his agency without hesitation. Thank you so much Paolo.

GoogleAnthony Pepe and in particular Paolo Lusardi our agent was most helpful when it came to purchasing our first property in Highbury. They kept on top of exchanges between the seller and our solicitors to ensure the processes was moving, and were very knowledgeable about the local area and the property itself. GoogleMost unprofessional agency in my opinion. They showed me a property on the 19h of December. I was the first to see it. I immediately said I'd take it. They then continued to show the property to a number of other people that day and apparently procured a few offers. They then asked me to up my offer, which I did and then I never heard from them again! I'll never use them again on principle and I will never recommend using them.

GoogleStephanie's been great as our managing agent at the rented property we live. She's been helpful and polite and I'd recommend her and the AP team.

GoogleWe would recommend Anthony Pepe unreservedly. Although they were acting for the sellers of the flat we bought, and therefore not for us, they were always willing to give us advice when needed and intervened promptly to expedite potential problems with our purchase. Tim and Paulo were friendly, professional and efficient, prepared to go the extra mile.

GoogleI recently completed on a purchase of a property I viewed through Anthony Pepe Estate Agents. Paolo was the agent dealing the sale and he provided an excellent service. He was very professional, friendly and helpful; and continued to keep me regularly updated. I have dealt with a number of estate agents, and this had been one of the better experiences. I have no issue at all in recommending their services.

GoogleWe were lucky to meet Anna when we went in to Pepe Anthony in person after seeing a flat on Rightmove. Anna showed us the flat we first spotted as soon as she got keys, this first flat wasn't quite right for us but Anna got a great idea of what we wanted. Anna then showed us to our perfect flat a week or so later. She got us in for first viewing and aided us through the negotiation and signing phase. Anna was calm, kind and very organised and reassuring. We really appreciated her style and expertise. Thanks Anna! We also had a great experience with Abigail who then helped further with checking us in to the flat. Top!
