GoogleWhen I listed my flat for sale I didn't realise we'd all be in lockdown 6 weeks later. Before it hit, Andrew and team got a good amount of viewings quickly and I valued his advice on the market conditions and realistic prices. Through the chaos of COVID they were able to find a second potential buyer in a matter of weeks and Ari and Andy were great in getting it to the point of exchange. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleDuring the complete lockdown starting in march 2020 we did not get a penny from these people.. it is a 3 bedroom flat and was told 4 people maximum only are allowed to live in my property.we were also told they all work and there will not be a problem. Due to covid 19 they all lost there jobs My neighbours would call us everyday for 6 months as the tenants had all lost there jobs and were now having parties and shouting and screaming singing until the early hours of the morning We had photos sent to us to show at least 10 people living there. It was reported to the local council by ourselves . The council said it is a HMO situation where tt is illegal to have so many people living there. I was told that we would have to pay £100 per person on top of the council tax. SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AS THESE AGENTS SAID 4 PEOPLE WERE TO RENT THE PROPERTY BUT THERE ARE 8 TO 10 PEOPLE INSTEAD. CANNOT BELIEVE THE 5⭐ REVIEWS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Aside from being consistently rude, patronising and generally incompetent (felt slight prejudice undertones during conversations with them) They have lied numerous times about very specific information and have violated specific consumer laws such as unsafe electrics within the property (trips out the whole house, numerous non working sockets and dodgey room to room wiring)We have been reasonable with requests such as cleaning damp that was supposed to be cleaned prior to moving in and being met with general hostility and being told to ‘clean it yourself’ a direct quote...insanity. Some requests have been out right ignored.Not to mention them being cahoots with the landlord. Sending over electricians that aren’t registered electricians but family friends and empty fulfilment of promises and responsibilities. The whole experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Unacceptable service.Judging by the amount of fake reviews on here and their over eagerness to reply to negative ones goes to show the state of it. Not to mention the ludicrous prices post moving out that they’re quoting us from thin air from a ‘cleaner’Considering taking it higher as I am genuinely shocked at their business and don’t feel comfortable letting something like this continue on.Don’t rent from them and may god be with who ever rents with them next.

GoogleThe lettings manager, Loui, at Harringay has been absolutely exceptional. My friends and I were struggling to find a three bedroom furnished house at our desired price range. Loui showed us a recently renovated, part furnished four bed. Unfortunately, it was over budget for the three of us. But, Loui acted as a negotiator with the landlords to come up with an affordable rent agreement so that the three of us could move in. In addition, on move in day, not only did he and another colleague help us move but he arranged for some additional furniture to be delivered. I never write reviews but Loui is so deserving of the 5 stars. I would recommend him to anyone looking to find a place or looking to get your place rented especially in the current economy! GoogleAnthonyPepe and on their name Nasia Ambrosiou has been a life saver to me. I’ve just sold my investment property with them, and thanks to Nasia I was able to go through the whole process when I was running out of patience and stamina. She was the one who did the job rather than the Solicitor, who wasn’t reachable at times, she was always ready to help at the other end of the line, emails or texts. I would highly recommend her to sell your property. You will be in very good hands.

With lots of hurdles and unexpected problems throughout, she chased other parties continuously to ensure the process kept moving and she was always swift to respond to email and contacted us regularly by phone to check in.
