Truly awful and unethical. I had to deal with Jessica Williams on email who was really rude and unprofessional to me, I tried to find a tenancy replacement and they would not accept them. I found 3 suitable tenants who they would not accept on minor technicalities.They had absolutely no regard for the fact that I was a key NHS worker who couldn't maintain the house share, on top of this Jessica was really rude, blunt and unpleasant over email. She even tried to tell me that I would still have to pay even after my one year contract ended if I could not find a replacement.Professional scam artists, please avoid them. I feel sorry for anyone who makes the same mistake I did.*Jessica, not Stephanie
Many thanks for your review. We have looked into this and it seems you have not had any direct correspondence with the Head of Property Management Stephanie Stavrou since February 2020 (11/02/20) which is when you first moved in to the property. Stephanie is not the property manager for the Harringay portfolio. I also note from our records that you requested to vacate the property mid tenancy. You were advised that you could be released from the tenancy following the landlords approval and once a new tenant had been found and passed referencing. All tenants were all joint and severally liable for the tenancy (it was not a room by room let) which means that you were still responsible for the property until you are released.You supplied us with three potential applicants, none of which were suitable for the property in terms of employment/affordability.We are also aware that the property had various tenant changes throughout the years-all of which the Landlord agreed to subject to a suitable replacement. In this case all three people were not suitable. We dispute your claims that Anthony Pepe have acted unethically. We act on behalf of the landlord whilst having a duty of are to all of our tenants. FacebookTerrible for tenants. Great for landlords. Lots of extra fees, overbearing "agency checks" and generally poor response to repairs and upkeep allowed to fall far behind of what would generally be considered acceptable.Lots of sharp broken glass scattered throughout the garden, dangerous mould consistently ignored.Proceed with caution.

GoogleAmazing service from the first phone call - Spoke to Emily in the Palmers Green branch and really felt like I was being listened to and not just getting added to mailing list. Went to view a property that was perfect for us but just missed out as they accepted an offer but I'm confident that if something comes around again, they will remember me and contact me!
