Booking cancelled on arrival

I was supposed to have a viewing at 11am today which was booked a few days ago . I made my way all the way to harringay which was an 1hr and 10 mins journey, my train being cancelled along the way . Only to find out my viewing was cancelled and apparently Lauren was supposed contacted everybody . Clearly this was not the case because I was not contacted in anyway . I’m am beyond frustrated. Do not use their services. The lack of unprofessional is shocking. They have all these good reviews on their website that they probably write themselves. If you want to save your time DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES , THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

We have been customers of Anthony Pepe for over four years now and have found the entire team polite, committed and professional. Our last dealings with Dimitri and Ari lasted over 13 months due to some unfortunate circumstances which slowed down the sale of our house. Dimitri was ever the professional during our journey and always available even after hours and on days off.
