GoogleDuring the sale process, I have interacted with multiple members of staff, last but not least, Andy Loizou. Cannot credit him highly enough for his knowledge, efficiency, helpfulness and friendly demeanour. Overall I have really had a very positive experience with AP and would certainly recommend their services. Coming from someone who is a stickler for good customer service that's high praise indeed!

Gavin was very helpful in finding me a property that was very suitable for me as I have been looking for more than 6 months. The fact that he was able to show me a property that suits me so well depicts the level of care he shows to his clients. His professionalism and openness is unmatched! Gavin was very friendly and helpful in showing me around the property and providing me with all the necessary info for me to make a decision with no lingering doubt. Superb if you ask me. Turn around time was basically couple hours to get a confirmation and I am looking to move in very soon. Thanks Gavin, you are appreciated.

GoogleWe are a family-run business specialising in property rentals for a number of decades and we have been working with Anthony Pepe from the start. In all the time we have been working together, they have not once let us down. One of the things we like about them is that they always treat people with the same amount of respect, no matter the type of client. I know this because I have first-hand experience of the the way they treat our tenants and us as their clients. Their exemplary service has not changed over the years, in fact it has gone from strength to strength and we have enjoyed our time working together. Another great thing about Anthony Pepe is their willingness to answer any questions with impressive knowledge of the industry. An example of this is during my recent dealings with Michael Komodromos, Director of Lettings, who spent time advising me on market conditions and assisting me to devise a strategy for letting out my property successfully. Michael is a true asset to the business, who goes above and beyond to uphold the highest standards. I also felt valued to be consulted by an employee within the company who held such a high position even though we are just a small, family-run business. I see Anthony Pepe not only as an estate agent but almost as a business partner; guiding and assisting us every step of the way. Keep up the good work.
