James and Sophie have been fantastic throughout the whole process of us selling our flat. After getting valuations from a number of agents it was Anthony Pepe that impressed us the most and we’re so glad now that we went with them rather than one of the online agencies. They got us a quick sale at the price that we were really happy with and have negotiated the whole deal brilliantly. We’ve never had to wait for a response to email or call and have had complete faith in them throughout the whole process. Would absolutely recommend Anthony Pepe, and in particular James in the Highbury branch, for any house sale or purchase.

Spoke to Anthony Pepe estate agents on Green lanes, looking for a two bed at 375,000 was met with a fairly arrogant response by the representative who told me they'd just sold a one bed for 415,000 attempting to give me the impression that I wouldn't stand a chance, that they'd already hit 14 sales this month, Gave me the impression that my custom was neither here nor there. I've asked for details to be removed, because they might have hit 14 sales but they're surrounded by competition and have rang me several times so not to proud to call when they're desperate to offload but happy to show off when they seem to be doing alright. Thanks but no thanks

We sold our flat through Anthony Pepe this year, after failing to sell with another agent on Green Lanes. Susan and Ben were excellent throughout the process - responsive, efficient and helpful. They manage a good level of service and focus on delivery without being obnoxious or pushy like so many other agents, and work hard to push things through. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area,.

From our initial contact through the organising of viewings and handling all the various up and downs in the process the Harringay Anthony Pepe team did a thoroughly professional job. They held it all together most importantly finding us buyers who were serious, not flaky or playing silly games. Then linking up with the rest of the chain. Through what was quite a stressful process due to factors higher up the chain, the AP team were patient, reassuring, proactive and diligent. This is not to be taken for granted in this profession. Thank you to all: Ben who we met initially and encouraged us to try again to sell after some bad experiences; James Haines (now in Highbury I believe) for organising the viewings; Laura for fielding our calls and especially Andrew who was the main man after the chain was put together and through to completion. Would have no hesitation recommending this agency.

Mina has always showed an understanding of the emotional side of buying a new home as well as being able to offer sound and professional advise. Unlike a lot of other companies they have been very trustworthy from the start, from the initial viewing right through to completion. As a woman looking for a property to buy on my own in London feeling that people are being honest and straightforward in their communication with me has been crucial. I would definitely use Anthony Pepe again to sell my property if I needed to or to look for a new property.

We've been so impressed by the whole team at Anthony Pepe - and Maria has been really brilliant to deal with for our house viewings. She organised our open day and has been really flexible about any extra viewings. We've only been on the market for a few weeks but we now have our dream house and dream buyer! We hope to complete on both in a just a few months as the chain will be tiny thanks to Anthony Pepe : ) Before we put our house on the market we were very nervous about the stress involved and we also thought we'd have to compromise with the house we're moving to - but we are so excited, it couldn't be more perfect! The only downside to the whole process is having to pack! (if only this amazing estate agent offered that too : ) Can't recommend Anthony Pepe and Maria enough.
