GoogleIf I could I will give 0 stars. The worst agency in London. Leave people without water for weeks. Don't bother to call back. Keep saing that property menager it's on other phone when you try to solve your problem. Highly don't recommend.

He was great with communication and always sent really specific options that were relevant to my search. He checked in regularly but didn’t bombard me with emails and phone calls! GoogleI had a bad experience with southeast property management, they are making us fool and not returning our deposit. I lived in property which was impacted by fire incident , after struggling for one and half month I decided to leave the property, after agreement from southeast management associate and landlord they provided me go ahead to leave the property after their approval I left the property and cleared all dues. Instead of returning our deposit they are asking rent from us. Even after we have handed over keys to them on agreed date. This is totally so unprofessional , they are asking rent for the property where authorities not allowed to live anyone.

GoogleI really do not recommend anybody use these estate agents, especially for sales- but also for rent. They are not helpful, completely abdicate their responsibilities and I completely regret ever doing a sale with them - I wish I had never got involved with them and advise everyone to stay away.

GoogleWe extend our heartfelt thanks to Miles Freeman for securing our flat. It was a rollercoaster process, but in the end, the lease was successfully worked out to the satisfaction of both sides. Throughout, Miles was not only tenacious but also empathetic. He genuinely wanted to make the flat work for us and this was evident as he skilfully balanced persistence with giving the landlords the space they needed to make their decision.
