GoogleCould not of asked for a better agent in Hugh Saffrey (these let agents r few and fare btwn). Hugh was diligent, followed-up and patient. He helped me prepare numerous offers in an overheated market. Greatly appreciated his time and work and look forward to doing it again in the future.

GoogleBe careful with this company. After I left the apartment they are keeping my deposit even after the Landlord agreed to payback full amount. They keep inventing excuses and lies and are not paying back my deposit. Stay away.

GoogleHugh was a perfect agent for someone like me who is new to the city. He took his time understanding my requirements, and advised me, quite pertinently, about the right neighborhoods. He was always available for a call and moved very quickly to line up the exact apartments that I would he interested in. I had a very easy and quick decision making all thanks to him.

GoogleI would like to share my situation to make sure no one will get through same. Unfortunately and without any reasons the agency cannot contact the landlord therefore Im still waiting for my deposit (it has been 3 months since I left the property) literally a nightmare. And also I just been told they are not able to do anything else but chase (so I’m left in limbo). This is the worst situation ever. Let’s see how it will end up. I will definitely never ever trust them again. They recommended to contact TDS in order to get my deposit. Now they said because I contacted TDS my deposit doesn’t belong to then anymore!! A joke!! Complaints doesn’t help anymore! Be careful!!

GoogleI am a landlord and asked for a refund of commission for the paltry sum of £9.18 (incl VAT) on 11/12/2022. They sent me endless emails and now I have only received £8.50 two and a half months later on 27/2/2023. I would never deal with them again.
