GoogleMy experience with Anderson Residential Letting Agents was a beautiful one! If there was a rating above 5*, I would gladly give it to them! They performed well above my expectations ! Starting from my first call to them when I was looking for a new house up to the point of finally securing a 2bedroom house at Erdington Birmingham without a deposit ! I know it sounds like a lie but it's actually true! Sophie in particular was sincerely helpful, listening to my concerns and having it sorted out promptly! I honestly recommend them. GoogleOne of the worst agents out there, had my property on the market for at least 5 months never managed to let it, poor communication, crap service you can never get through on the phones. staff are useless gave it to another agent who let it in 1 week with 1 viewing. They charge extortionate rates for a whack service would never use them again. They then called me after the property got let , as they seen it on gumtree and asked me if this property was available for them to rent out for us. I told them do u not remember having the property for like 5 months! Absolute joke avoid!!! good for nothing

GoogleI rented a property through Anderson Letting Agent last year, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. Midway through my tenancy, I requested that they speak with the landlord about ending the contract early due to job relocation. Their support was barely existent, even though the landlord was completely uncooperative and irresponsible. As a result, I ended up paying rent for six months on a property I no longer lived in. When my tenancy finally ended in June, the checkout report confirmed the property was in excellent condition, actually better than when I moved in. Yet, when I followed up about my deposit, the agent claimed they were still waiting for the landlord’s confirmation. Five weeks passed, and still nothing. Does it really take that long to read a one-page report? After multiple follow-ups, they suddenly accused me of not paying my bills, a blatantly false claim. I immediately provided all the receipts, but they continued dragging their feet with endless excuses. After two and a half months of waiting, I finally had to escalate the matter to the Deposit Protection Service and start a dispute myself. Only then did I get my full deposit back. This entire ordeal was stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this agency. The management seriously needs to review how they operate, and reconsider partnering with such unprofessional and unresponsive landlords. Zero stars, if that were possible!!
