GoogleI have had the worst experience with Andersons.I have been chasing my deposit since November and still nothing,its stories after stories.I have been to their offices and they said they are not the ones that deal with deposits and gave me a number to call which never goes through,it was a way to get rid of me.
Weeks later I followed up via emails and calls and would get ignored.I got in touch with the landlord who referred me back to Andersons,Andersons referred me to Jo Gately who they said was dealing with my case,Jo finally got intouch with me and said they are waiting for landlord.Mind you it has been 4months.Still nothing
They are quick to take deposit and when its time to give it back apparently it becomes complicated.
Give me back my deposit please!!!!
If you want to donate your deposit then work with Andersons because surely they won’t give you back a penny.
I have seen another review about the similar situation where andersons doesn’t bring back deposits,so that’s their thing.
BEWARE!!!!!!!
