just rented my first ever property since living with parents done it on my own and searching for the right place is scary however upon finding Anderson in Sutton Coldfield everything changed the girls laura kirsty and kelly are super! sarah handled all the ref process and she was amazing! they make u feel so relaxed about the process and communication throughout referencing and so on was so clear and to the point...ive read some reviews on here and all I can say is judge for yourself the guys are amazing! id rate 10 stars but google only allows 5

Save yourself all the trouble and stay away if using as a letting agent. My experience was a poor one. A property I let with them came back in a shocking state. They gave the tenant back the security deposit and I got charged with a cleaning fee of £400, the property however looks like no such standard of work was carried out. When confronted about this all I got was a late reply offering a little less commission on a future let. There are plenty other letting companies out there, don't waste your time with these.

Up until when Andersons merged with Countrywide, I have been very happy with the service. However, what is letting them down, is the lack of communication recently. That said, I would recommend Anderson every time.

never use these estate agents be aware.. Used a few estate agents over the years all are ok and never had a problem. Anderson’s charged me cleaning charges on floor that was damaged before I moved in. And we’re rude about the whole situation.

can not recommend these guys enough, the manager Laura, and Sarah, went above and beyond from the first initial enquiry to signing the paperwork. friendly and professional, all our enquiries were answered with a smile and nothing was too much trouble, the manager even offered to work her day off just to help us get in the property earlier. will not use any other agents. keep up the great service.

Extremely poor service

Been in a flat for five days now with no hot water or heating, Anderson have done nothing to help. The flat that was supposed to be professionally cleaned is still dirty & agreements that were made have not been kept. I would strongly advise people to look elsewhere if they are thinking of renting a flat
