GoogleThe Lark is a modern, quiet, and well-maintained building. It’s in a great location, with easy access to shops and transit. Emily from the reception is also super helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend living here!

GoogleWe ordered personalised umbrellas and can't believe how quick they got turned around and delivered, really great product and at a good price. Any time we order from Allsops they are always great at letting us know when we can expect things delivered and they have a great selection of products on their website. An asset to the funeral supply trade!

GoogleI recently moved and encountered a slew of issues with the management team, making for a truly dreadful experience. Firstly, there's the almost daily apartment inspections, which feel intrusive. Then there are the incessant calls about burst pipes, making it impossible to have any peace. Parcel deliveries go missing regularly, which is frustrating. And the meter readings provided to suppliers are wildly inaccurate, leading to unjustified charges. Despite numerous complaints, the issue persists, with tenants being unfairly billed for heating. The elevator is out of order, despite promises of maintenance. Management consistently ignores all grievances raised by tenants, adding to the frustration. Setting up internet, a process that usually takes minutes, turned into a five-day ordeal involving endless calls and emails due to the unwillingness of the front desk’s reaching the management team. Moreover, the initial meter reading provided by management differs significantly from what's recorded in the inventory report, resulting in an extra billing of £250 over two weeks. Despite this glaring error, management refuses to address the issue. Overall, dealing with this management team has been a nightmare, with incompetence and negligence at every turn. UPD: Front desk workers randomly enters apartments in the middle of the night without any explanation. Today, I found a group of strangers inside my apartment without prior notice. Management gaslighted me, denying it ever happened, and claimed they could do so anytime without notification, which is false according to the rental agreement. This place is a serious invasion of privacy and safety.
