GoogleLiving here has been a great experience. Management here is brilliant. They are easy to contact through the online resident portal or email, and they respond to every issue or inquiry super quickly - usually within 20 minutes. They truly go above and beyond to help residents. Security is excellent, with 24/7 presence at the doors, ensuring a safe environment. There's a great team that collects parcels during the day, and a secure locker system for smaller packages. The co-working space is fantastic and a game-changer for those working from home. The coffee machine is a lovely addition. The maintenance team is available weekly, and if you inform management about an issue, they ensure the maintenance team visits on their scheduled day. Regarding utilities, residents have direct accounts with the utility suppliers. While most issues need to be resolved by the suppliers, management has been helpful whenever possible.

GoogleI’ve lived in this building for 6 months now and I only have positive things to say about this place! The management are always so kind, friendly, they always have a smile on their faces and are extremely helpful! I also have to mention reception, again, they always greet you with a big smile on their faces! It is a very nice, peaceful place to live and location is amazing!!

Emily is just so helpful, quick to act and most of all very sympathetic the the needs of my clients & profession. Emily is always very friendly, polite and a total asset and a credit to Allsops . GoogleAbsolutely shockingly bad service. If you’re signing up, make sure you do it 5 years in advance as the customer service is terrible and you’ll miss your auction despite calling them 1000x times. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!

GoogleAbsolutely shocked and disgusted at the level of dishonesty in my dealing with Alsop’s. Used legal loopholes to try extort more money after a sale had been agreed. Was also encouraged to put pressure on my solicitor for even faster completion (less than one week) so of course this was at a substantial cost to myself. Authorised them to sign on my behalf not once but two times (once with amended completion) only to phone him the following day to be told by Henry Chamberlyne to either increase the purchase price by X amount or face all the solicitor costs for no reason. I believe he took advantage at my young age and this being my first property investment. Was rather smug when I pointed out the dishonesty of this and quipped we didn’t sign the contract so there is nothing you can do legally. He then advised me to bid on it at auction where they used my agreed purchase price as the reserve price. Also pointed out my solicitor costs would be for nothing so I should just give extra money. Solictor costs were in excess of £1000 but luckily the solicitor took pity on the situation and charged £900 inclusive of VAT. Completely disgusted with the actions of Henry Chamberlyne of alsop’s and I can understand how this may seem far fetched for such a reputable company however I have attached the screenshots below and have many more if anybody wants to see. I advise you to avoid any property on alsop’s represented by Henry Chamberlyne.

He has been very clear in his communications and followed up on multiple items in very timelly manner! The level of professionalism from Jamie is much better compared to other Auction houses.

GoogleWe have recently bought a property through Allsop, in particular dealing with Joseph Lydon, experiencing fantastic service throughout. From the moment we had the first appointment he was beyond helpful in every way. He fitted in around time schedules for appointments and did everything possible to ensure we knew all we needed to know to make a considered decision re buying the property. His helpfulness extended to the lead up to the auction, as we were not keen on having to bid, suggesting that a bid by telephone would be better and took the time to introduce us to Will who was beyond calm in what was a highly stressful environment and we consequently bought the property. The final element of great customer care was on the day of completion when the sellers were awaiting a signature, Joseph very kindly offered to keep in contact to ensure that we knew what was happening right up to the point of completion. We would not hesitate to deal with both Allsop and Joseph again!

GoogleTried to buy a property at residential auction. Didn't get approved in time to place our bid. The place sold well below our budget. So not only did we lose out, the buyer did as well. They had 7+ hours to approve our account and left it until 10 minutes before to request more details, which we still provided within minutes. loosing a bid is one thing, loosing a bid due to incompetence is another.

GoogleLiving here has been a wonderful experience! The team consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and the monthly activities are a highlight and something I eagerly look forward to. While the hot water machines outside the building can be a bit of a nuisance, they don't overshadow the overall positive atmosphere and excellent management. Highly recommended!
