Any issues you may have will be ignored. Days and nights worth of site alarms going off so you can’t open windows, you can ring out of hours just to be ignored, builders starting and making noises way before 8am every single day, builders blocking your driveways so your late to work/anywhere you want to go and then when you approach them being aggressive and rude. Would NEVER recommend this development.

Shanil supported me with the auction disposal of a freehold title.
