Very professional and friendly , I have dealt with this company few times to sell and to buy properties and especially Mark Gower from Commercial and Stuart Gayer from Residential are exceptionally helpful.

If I could rate this auction minus I would, purchased a property which turn out to be non standard construction, there was no way anyone would know not mentioned anywhere. Other auction will mentioned about the type of construction and cash buyers only admission but this auction doesn't and don't bother.

Very poor service done everything and paid deposit to the Company hadn’t sent the relevant info before the auction and then was approved to bid and the system would let me place a bid wouldn’t recommend this auction as they don’t help nor find a solution to resolve the issue !!!VERY POOR ALLSOP AUCTION!!! Would honestly tell people don’t use them as you will be disappointed when you have been registered and approved but still aren’t able to bid

Poor company. They do not deal with ongoing issues at properties for auction well. They specialise at telling you what you want to hear and doing the opposite. When you escalate issues they get found out and pass the buck onto others. Best to avoid.

Tried to get advice on a lot I intended to sell. Have to say I was shocked at the complete lack of service and care. Had to phone and email several times over weeks to get a response. Eventually got a 2 minute call from the 'agent' who sounded completely unbothered. Albeit this is only a £500k lot it demonstrates the lack of any respect or care unless your name is Tarquin! In my experience steer clear of the west end agents and use one of the more affable, knowledgeable and human regional or non west end agents! Better service, better results and enjoyable to deal with!

Terrible! Stay away. I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this but we registered for the auction, they put a hold on our funds supposedly for up to 3-5 days and then it will be released after the auction is completed. Went to a online auction in May 2021. Some 3 weeks after the auction the monies placed on hold still have a old on them. I suspect it’s to do with making interest but this is truly unacceptable!

I had made a bid at Allsop and like most auctions, it all seems so daunting in the beginning but the whole process was smooth, user friendly, and easy to go through. It was an added bonus in dealing with Zoe Baxtor who was an absolute pleasure to work with when I made a bid for an unsold lot, showing integrity, efficiency, and commitment. I would definitely recommend Allsop to buy a property as long as you do your thorough research and not to go above your bidding limit planned beforehand. There will always be opportunities in the auction market and Allsop has the most properties in their catalogues list by far. 5 Stars!

was trying to buy a lot before the auction date and they said that they wouldn't sale, however at 5pm the day before the auction the lot was marketed as "sold prior".... so you need to know the right people within in order to buy.

Bought from allsops on many occassions. Much more professional and trustworthy than london auction house and bernard auctions. Feel safe investing in purchases from them although must check the buildings out personally beforehand if possible.

Excellent service.....Stuart Gayer and the staff who registered me to bid with less than 48 hrs before the auction were very helpful and made my first auction property buying experience a very good one.The buyers premium of £1250 is very reasonable unlike other property auction sites i viewed which made me choose allsop instead of other greedy alternatives. Thank-you all the team at allsop 5*****

The service, communication and support I received was excellent from listing to accepting a pre auction offer and David Evans of Allsop extensively supported me thereafter in bringing the sale to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Allsop Auctions to others - Thank you.

There is no support for how to withdraw a proxy bid when late addenments have been added. You're completely stuck.

Purchased through this company for years, staff are very helpful and reliable. They need to spend some money on the poor reception lighting, it keeps flickering making it hard to read papers that need signing.
