TrustpilotA great success
A great success for us, Iain made a great effort, got the buyer, agreed a very good price and followed up despite the difficult circumstances for selling commercial property during this pandemic. Will recommend any time, hope to do more business with them soon

GoogleWe sold one of our commercial properties through Allied Surveyors (East). They were fantastic/ secured a great price for us (significantly higher than what another sales agent advised), obtaining several offers on the closing date. Iain Mercer was v professional right through and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Kept us fully posted/ communicated with us at all stages. No hesitation recommending them! We will certainly use them again.
Thanks Atul. It's great to hear you were happy with the service. We would be delighted to work with you again!

TrustpilotGreat Experience with Iain Mercer at Allied Scotland
I have been working with Iain over the past year trying to find a commercial property to buy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, fair and great fun to work with during this process, and he helped us to get Cockenzie Business Centre Suites in October 2019. His assistant Allison does a super job as well. I trust Iain implicitly, and look forward to a great future working together on other acquisitions, and helping tenants to find a great place to work from.

TrustpilotChris Highton at Allied gave us…
Chris Highton at Allied gave us immeasurable help and reassurance with our very complex court action recently. Not only was his advice clear and concise, it dealt with all aspects of property some of which was far from straight forward and he always produced his advice timeously ,and on site visits was accomodating, friendly and knowledgeable.

TrustpilotSmart Works Edinburgh
We are a charity, our office was about to be knocked down and we had been desperately looking for new premises. Cannot overstate how grateful we are for the help received - way beyond what might be expected. From a swift first viewing, through the legalities, and the dealings with the landlord, we received an efficient, fast and kindly service. We are now in our new office. We are grateful for the help we've had to help our clients. Thank you. And highly recommended.

TrustpilotHome report
Home report completed by Kevin from the Peebles office. He was friendly, thorough and happy to discuss the ratings which he applied, to each area. Where work was needed he discussed what was required and was willing to return, free of charge, and check, thereby avoiding unnecessarily poorer scores that could be achieved.Reports were provided promptly.
