VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

I cannot recommend Allied Surveyors highly enough. The home report was arranged and completed within 3 working days, the report was produced and approved within a further 2 days. The Surveyor was incredibly punctual, extremely professional and very friendly. The whole experience was positive and all questions met with knowledge and understanding. I am looking to have another home report completed in the Spring of 2026 and I will not look passed Allied Surveyors in Inverness. Excellent 5+ stars!

Home report useless

Where do I start with the Glasgow south branch particularly Gary his home report skills are dreadful scoring 1s for dampness when basically he couldn't be bothered looking at back of a kitchen cupboard and admitting that this is known issues in houses like this also he didn't have decency to call back and sent a generic email absolutely appalling from this company and this man in particular avoid at all cost this Glasgow south branch

An excellent service

From start to finish I was impressed by the organisation apparent in the Perth office. The survey date was quickly arranged and the surveyor, Mr Mark Hall, arrived exactly on time. He listened attentively to further information I provided and overall his work during the survey was thorough and detailed and his manner was professional and friendly. The Home Report was delivered a few days later and approved through OneSurvey.org. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and recommend them to others.

Simple and professional

Keith handled our home report and he made the whole process very simple. Everything was arranged very quickly for us and that’s what we wanted. On the day Keith was very polite, professional and helpful. Highly Recommend

Excellent service from Stephen from Allied Surveyors for our Home Report. Stephen arrived promptly and was very professional, taking the time to explain the process and how the 1-3 condition categories work. The final report was comprehensive, clearly highlighting maintenance areas without being overly alarmist. Allied Surveyors - a pleasure to deal with

I had a choice of a couple of surveyors and went with Allied Surveyors, Inverness. On booking a home report survey, I only had to wait a day or two before they cameout which was great. Keith got in touch and from then on in, he kept in touch. Even on the day of the survey, he had been held up slighly and he called to say he would be slightly later. He was polite and so professional and extremely easy to talk too. He carried out the survey with absolutely no issues at all. The draft survey was issued a dy or two later and there was one small issue that I raised. I emailed Keith and he called back and the issue was resolved almsot immediately. It was a real pleasure dealing with Allied Surveyors and Keith. Many tanks

Professional efficient surveying services

I contacted Allied Surveyors on Monday 6th May for a quote to arrange a home report, they responded the next working day and I had a a visit from Scott to survey the property on Thursday that same week. Arrived on time and was professional as was the home report that followed. Scott was helpful and amended the report to accommodate recommended repairs being carried out prior to the property being marketed for sale. Fantastic service well recommended.

Simon Breeze of Allied Surveyors…EPC

Simon Breeze of Allied Surveyors Scotland Plc, out of their Haddingon branch, came and undertook an EPC assessment which was required for a solar PV installation for Scottish Government funding. Simon arrived on time on teh day of the appointment, was very courteous, very helpful and very knowledegable. Simon completed the assessment within a half an hour or so and the resulting EPC was issued within 24 hours.Simon was asked to undertake a post installation EPC review and produce a further certificate which he did within 24 hours of being contacted.We found the whole experience very efficient, great value for money, very friendly and a pleasure. We would have no hesitataion in recommending Simon Breeze and Allied Surveyors for future silimar work. Thanks very much

I have family connections with a 1903 family home which I lived in for 25 years. Simon Breeze cut through my romantic perspective of my home and focused on the key part of the visit. Which was to look at what needs to be done before I put the house on the market. Much of this is not black and white and judgement is required on what work I carry out versus what I will get back in enhanced sales price.
