GoogleTheir surveyor got the measurement of my floor area wrong when I was buying the house - he over-estimated it by 25m2, and as a result I paid too much for the house. When I discovered it a few years later, he came to my house, measured it again, admitted he got it wrong the first time, but all he said was 'sorry'. As if it was about £5. If I had more mental strength I would sue them for professional negligence.

GoogleWe recently purchased a home that was surveyed by Allied Surveyors Scotland. Unfortunately, the survey was significantly inaccurate. The survey failed to identify critical issues like severely rotted gutters and significant roof damage (inspected only from the ground). Areas of damp were inconsistently scored with no explanation as to why. When we raised concerns, David Donnachie was dismissive, unhelpful and patronising. He provided no clear explanations for the inaccuracies and offered no resolution. Despite several requests for specific information, this was blatantly ignored and no apology was ever given for our experience. Avoid Allied Surveyors Scotland. If you're buying a home surveyed by this company, get a second opinion. If you're selling, consider other surveyors. Our experience was deeply disappointing and costly.

GoogleAllied are working with known criminal Tony Pia and his associates. Avoid at all cost. Tony has threatened at gun point and illegally evicted and now stolen deposit and rent payments, and failed to return after 6 months on! Avoid at all cost.

GoogleAllied Surveyors provided me with excellent advice on the purchase of a Grade II listed building - crucially offering me the advice for free when they could have easily chosen to carry out a full survey and charge me for it. A transparent, fair, and professional firm who I will certainly use in the future if the need arises.

Googleshocking treatment. went to ask some questions about the bill I was sent and they will not give me details for the outrageous bill. definitely try other reputable valuation companies. I will contact my MP and get him to ask questions on my behalf. explained to them when I order from tesco and they don't deliver then they don't get paid. allied want money for a survey they admit they didn't do.

GoogleWe sold one of our commercial properties through Allied Surveyors (East). They were fantastic/ secured a great price for us (significantly higher than what another sales agent advised), obtaining several offers on the closing date. Iain Mercer was v professional right through and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Kept us fully posted/ communicated with us at all stages. No hesitation recommending them! We will certainly use them again.
