After dealing with the team down in Peebles all I can say is a brilliant experience from start to finish. Over the past five months, we've experienced a significant influx of new tenants, with eight individuals successfully occupying offices acquired through Allied Surveyors. Without their assistance, this achievement would not have been possible. We have had a professional relationship with Allied Surveyors Scotland for some time and have used them for building surveying and estimating. We chose their highly competitive bid to assess the commercial leasing market and help us to decide upon a new office. We also had them market the Queen Street property and liaise with our lawyers on the details of the sale. Throughout the process, which became quite intense, they operated with complete professionalism and obtained the best price for the property in an uncertain market. Simon Breeze of Allied Surveyors Scotland Plc, out of their Haddingon branch, came and undertook an EPC assessment which was required for a solar PV installation for Scottish Government funding. Simon arrived on time on teh day of the appointment, was very courteous, very helpful and very knowledegable. Simon completed the assessment within a half an hour or so and the resulting EPC was issued within 24 hours.Simon was asked to undertake a post installation EPC review and produce a further certificate which he did within 24 hours of being contacted.We found the whole experience very efficient, great value for money, very friendly and a pleasure. We would have no hesitataion in recommending Simon Breeze and Allied Surveyors for future silimar work. Thanks very much

I have family connections with a 1903 family home which I lived in for 25 years. Simon Breeze cut through my romantic perspective of my home and focused on the key part of the visit. Which was to look at what needs to be done before I put the house on the market. Much of this is not black and white and judgement is required on what work I carry out versus what I will get back in enhanced sales price. Simon has made it clear what I need to do in terms of priority work to achieve this. I am delighted with the service that Simon provided.

Avoid this company. We were given a very flawed Home Report. Category 1 throughout which was totally incorrect costing us a lot money and we have still been unable to move into the property.

GoogleAllied Surveyors provided me with excellent advice on the purchase of a Grade II listed building - crucially offering me the advice for free when they could have easily chosen to carry out a full survey and charge me for it. A transparent, fair, and professional firm who I will certainly use in the future if the need arises.
