GoogleI moved agents and chose Adams and I am so very glad I did. The team is amazing, very friendly, professional, helpful and available..the phone is always answered. I cannot thank Claire, Miss Isles, Danielle and the rest of the team enough. I have dealt with a number of agents up and down the country and would say that Adams Runcorn are the best.

GoogleCompletely inflexible timings for viewings. Have left work midday multiple times for viewings only to never get callbacks regarding whether I can leave a deposit or not (have called 5 times in a week only to hear "we'll leave a note"). Bad customer service.

GoogleUPDATE!!! It is now September and we’re probably in an even worse situation. Still dangerous eletrics after an they allowed an electrician under the influence of alcohol to ‘ complete ‘ an electric job which they were aware off! He has left the electric work still unfinished and unsafe with plug sockets hanging out the walls. He has left holes all over my house and I am still waiting for the work to be finished. I have been wanting this to be resolved for months and asked to speak to someone of authority a number of times to be told I have to wait. I can’t even think about the simple things In the home that also need fixing because they’ve left us in such a mess. let us move into a house that has never had electrical testing done since being built and needed a full rewire with plug sockets hanging out of walls and constantly getting electric shocks. I have had to move out of the property as a result of stress caused by this. We have been trying to get this issue fixed for other a month now. with constant phone calls to adams which they would just say they will contact the landlord. Then they never call us back. electrician wouldnt turn up , and then today when they were ment to fix the DANGEROUS house the landlord will not send the electrician. I THOUGHT GOING THREW A LETTING AGENCY I WOULD HAVE A SAFE HOME WITH HAVING ISSUES GOING DIRECT TO LANDLORDS BUT THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WEVE HAD WITH A HOUSE AND WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE. Not only that they were ment to fix our back fences which are hanging of before we moved in which was (feb) we are now in june and still nothing in regards to this as well. so frustratingNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
