He is very responsive to emails and phone calls, he tends to reply within the hour or call back immediately. Nothing is a bother to him and he is very proactive in sorting out problems. GoogleWe have just moved into ad hoc property which is a self contained flat for a couple. We found Dean, the guardianship agent, to be a great communicator, making sure we felt comfortable throughout each step of the process. Upon moving in, there was no hot water, but after talking to Dean it took less than 24 hours for it be resolved. Really impressed with the speed of the response. Overall, it's been a great experience with Ad hoc as our first time as guardians and we would highly recommend.

GoogleI rented with Ad Hoc Guardians for 8 years. The places I lived in were quite mixed and being a guardian is not for everyone. You have to be prepared to accept some compromises and to undertake more work yourself on the property than you'd have to in a normal tenancy. That said, the cheaper rent enabled me to pursue my artistic career and has been invaluable for me. The staff at Ad Hoc have always been friendly, helpful and fair with me. Doreeka was always helpful and when it came to moving out, Hasnat made sure I got my full deposit back quickly.PositiveValue

GoogleSo many opportunities and experiences gained while I lived at this adhoc property in the heart of Shepard’s bush. I recommend this agency who have looked after me for the last 3 years here and prior to this, in a lovely building which was an ex community mental health hospital in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
