GoogleVery helpful from start to finish, Trishia was very friendly and informative throughout, made the stresses of moving in during a bad time much easier (and the little moving in gift box was an added treat!)

GoogleThe team at absolute have been looking after our rental properties for a long time now, all aspects of the letting process have always been good from finding new tenants or dealing with any issues in that May arise with the property or issues tennants May have. Trishia is our property manager and she has been fantastic with keeping us well informed of any updates for the property be that new tenants or maintenance. GoogleSadly the Torquay branch lack empathy towards the seller’s wants or needs. No communication forthcoming from them unless you contact them directly. Their manner seems to be the buyer always comes first despite the fee involved. They are forgetting that they are meant to serve all of their customers.

GoogleNicola from Absolute Lettings Paignton helped us with selling our house. She was fantastic. I must admit, I had a bit of trepidation when it comes to estate agents, but Nicola was really understanding and fair. She was professional, incredibly knowledgable and organised and provided some really useful data backed evidence that underpinned her advice and guidance. Not only this, but Nicola did a great job of also just listening to us and our needs and concerns, which should never be underestimated how important that is.
