GoogleThe Torquay team at Absolute have been amazing. Frank with his endless patience in helping us to find our forever home and the team in getting our house marketed and sold quickly. The photos and details were first class and secured us a prompt sale. Special thanks go to Kim who worked tirelessly to push through both the sale and the purchase and kept us informed at all times. GoogleGreat communication throughout; any problems or questions were resolved promptly. Having a dedicated member of staff as a point of contact was very helpful. A welcome hamper upon moving in from the team was a really nice personal touch once the move was completed. Would recommend Absolute for sure.

GoogleThe Absolute team in Torquay have been incredible with the sale of my property. From valuation, to photos/marketing (which were amazing quality), to arranging listings, and communication - the whole service has been top standard. Kim has been particularly great with sales progression and sorting the chain out. I used them before for the purchase of my property, and when it came to selling there was no doubt in my mind about choosing Absolute. I would recommend to anyone.

GoogleTeam of scammers, over three weeks ago I inquired about a property and requested a viewing, they said they will call me back although the didn't ask for me details. So I called again to confirm that they have my details, they said yes and we will definitely get back to you. No-one called back and the ridiculous thing is that they still list the property. So they place fake adv to show that they have a large portfolio of properties, but you know this is not true when you contact them. Scam artists.

I’m sorry that you feel this way, but we will only take applicants forward who will pass our referencing. If you haven’t completed our brief history form out, we won’t book a viewing in. If you have filled it out and don’t fulfil our criteria, again we will not allow a viewing. We also will not book viewings in for everyone that would pass referencing, we sometimes have over 20 good applications for a property and cannot practically accommodate every viewing request. We work for our landlords to secure them suitable tenants, none of our listings are fake, we do not need to do this. I would be happy to look into this for you and give you more precise reasons why you may not have been selected on this occasion. GoogleAbsolute seem to have it absolutely right! Their approach is current, professional, courteous, prompt and successful. Especially impressed with Lewis, Sam & the team who supported us brilliantly throughout the whole process. As sellers we are allowed to throw the odd wobbly, and Lewis dealt with those instances with consummate ease and calm. Their listings were informative, but also very engaging, particularly the 3D video presentation. This gave the buyer the opportunity to fully prepare the house to maximise it's potential and attractiveness to the market. The sneak-peak was also clever, as were the ongoing blogs & info-emails which assisted us to understand the local market and what drives people to view. Would 'absolutely' recommend and endorse their appointment as your agents, who present strongly as a safe pair of knowledgeable hands. Our thanks and good wishes to Absolute.

GoogleWe used Absolute to sell our house. Service was 1st Class. Lewis and Sam were our sales team and guided us through the sales process and later kept us updated on the sale itself. I can only thank them for the work they put in and professionalism. The Absolute final bill was very cometitive. We also used TEAM Removals which is now owned by Absolute. The service could not be faulted and the discount given as an Absolute customer was amazing. I can honestly recommend Absolute to anyone wanting to sell. They are Very professional, friendly, helpful and well worth every penny.

GoogleMy initial positive impression has dramatically soured over time!! This is now my second property with this agent (Sadly, my loyalty seems to have gone unnoticed). Whether it's the imposition of unjustified extra charges or receiving discourteous and hostile emails regarding inspections, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. The only reason I'm tolerating their subpar service is because of my friendly and professional landlord who happens to be affiliated with them. My advice would be to steer clear of this letting agent - rating it a mere 1 out of 5 is the best I can do!!

GoogleI first met Nicola from Absolute as I was very interested in a new development they were selling. Due to sad personal circumstances I was thinking that maybe I would sell as I loved the apartments that were being built. The team wrote a beautiful review of my home which I found very touching and all of them were so kind. My home was sold within 5 weeks I think at almost the full asking price. I had 4 people look at it and the 4th person bought it. I also secured the purchase of the apartment that I put my home up for sale for. I had a few personal wobbles on the way but the whole team at Absolute were so kind and reassuring. I never felt pressured but did feel cared about. They are so organised and on the ball right from the very start of the process and keep you informed at every stage and every viewing. I guess the thing that most impressed me, apart from their professionalism, was the personal service I feel I have received in selling my much loved home and moving to start anew in the coming months. I really cannot think of anything they could do better - they have been amazing and I am so glad I trusted Absolute with the selling of my home.
