GoogleKeep away from this estate agent if you are a buyer. I never liked estate agents specially when they show you around the property as they don't know the answers to 95% of the questions when you ask. Please stop ringing me on my phone (you have no consent use my mobile number)as I am not threatened by you Torquay branch.
Dear Alan I was merely calling you to see how I could help you, I won't call you again. Please call or email me if you would like me to assist you, we are certainly not threatening you by calling, just trying to help resolve whatever issue you have. Regards Simon Fisher Director

GoogleThe team at Absolute were great from day one. Gave sound advice on how to make the best of our property in readiness for sale without going over the top and the particulars were well collated for people to get a realistic view of our house. Their 3D service enabled people to browse and ensured that when viewings happened they were really interested and saved a lot of time weeding out the drive by viewings . We got the asking price and the sale was managed smoothly without hitches or unnecessary delays. Always prompt to get back to us and our buyer it made what can be a stressful time positively chilled. I whole heartily recommend Simon and his team to anyone
Thanks for the great review Inky!

GoogleUsed Absolute twice now, both times they have gone above and beyond to help me find properties to my requirements. All staff have been very helpful! Would definitely recommend using them as all other agencies I've been with have been pretty grumpy and not very helpful!
We're very pleased that you have chosen to use us twice and you have been pleased with our service on each occasion

I’m afraid we don’t have a Bernadotte Blair registered as a contact with ourselves so do not believe this to be a review from a genuine customer of ours. It appears to be an account setup purely to add this rating and is possibly even a fake name.

GoogleAlthough I haven’t used Absolute myself, as a Mortgage Broker I have experience of my clients using this Estate Agency for the purchase of property. Without exception, all my clients have been impressed with Absolute’s professionalism and enthusiasm which has helped sell their property.
Thanks Paul, it’s great to get that feedback from your clients and it matches the feedback we get from our clients about your services.

GoogleWe did not receive the service we were promised and were led to believe we would be getting.
We're sorry you were unhappy with our service, we did try really hard to meet your expectations so it is very disappointing for us that you were left feeling this way.
