The property has not been officially launched to the market yet. We make sure that the bespoke brochure, professional photographs, 3D property view and floorplans are all correct prior to it being launched and the recent storms have inevitably held this up from being ready. If you are interested in the property we can tell you more about and can arrange an off market viewing. UPDATE: We'd like to think that on reflection the original 2 star rating may be changed as we feel it was somewhat harsh being simply due to the fact you couldn't find a property on our website.

GoogleAbsolute were the agent for the seller of the property. As far as l the buyer was concerned, they were "absolutely" first class, from the viewing perspective and progressing through to the completion, which went perfectly smoothly. I would certainly recommend them.
We love to hear this kind of feedback from our buyers, although the sellers are technically our clients we’d have no business without buyers too so we work hard to make sure they are happy as well!

GoogleIt is difficult to say how highly we regard the service of Frank at Absolute Sales without sounding like a friend or relative. From our first call and making the appointment to see the property Frank was really excelent. As we are from outside the area and were driving down to see this truely unique property, it was invaluable to have his knowledge and assistance. All they way through the transaction, from offer and right through to completion we have been able to request further help and Frank has been truely outstanding. So in conclusion if you are thinking of selling in the areas covered by Absolute you can rest assured they will do everything to sell your property even to people who live 200+ miles away and if you are a buyer/landlord/tenant we cannot recommend them more!
This is the kind of review that makes all the effort we put in well worth it. We work very hard to provide a quality service and will always go the extra mile to help our clients. Frank is a major asset to Absolute and we are lucky to have him as part of our team.
