We have been dealing with Absolute for our house purchase, having relocated from 300+ miles away. It's fair to say that the whole process has proved more challenging than we expected, but throughout the entire time Absolute have gone above and beyond to ensure we were kept updated and so we felt we had some control over our circumstances. I have to say that Rachael Twose made the whole experience bearable and she has been a godsend in keeping my sanity in check! She is clearly someone who cares about her clients and who genuinely does all that she can to help. I cannot recommend Absolute highly enough and if we ever find ourselves looking to move on in future years - they will be my 'go-to' agent. From the start of contact everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. Ella made the whole process go smoothly and made it as easy as possible for us. The programme that they use which is called Vouch it very straight forward, easy to use and worked as a tick list to make sure we had sent everything required over. We have recently rented a property in teignmouth Devon throu Absolute lettings. It's the first time we have used them and we must say we are more than satisfied. They are very professional and great to deal with. The property is great and we couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having sent a couple of email enquiries, didn't receive a response to my questions. Did receive a brief text message after looking on line at one property. Will be looking for a new home in the new year, so may still look at what the agents have to offer. Their photos and descriptions are good.

We are still operating with reduced numbers due to the COVID situation which may explain the delay in responding. We are doing our very best to get back to people as quickly as possible but in some situations properties are being let or sold before we are able to get back to everyone who has enquired about them. Sometimes credit issues are not always your own fault..will only rent with guarantor earning huge amounts or 1 years rent up front. Told theres a slight chance of 6 month upfront

All companies use your credit history to assess the likelihood of you making future payments, how can what is on your credit file not be your fault? Would you review credit card companies and banks the same as us just because they wouldn’t lend you any money? As a responsible letting agent we have to make sure that tenants are likely to pay their rent to our landlords. We’re sorry that you don’t have a guarantor but we do not ask for ridiculous earnings, in line with other agents it’s 36 times the rent. There is always the opportunity to pay rent up front to help in these situations but we can’t recall us ever asking for a years rent up front. We’re sure that landlords reading your review will be pleased that we operate strict guidelines for selecting suitable tenants.

Had a great experience buying a house with Brixham Absolute, I dealt with both Lewis and Chris and found them easy to talk to and professional during the whole process. My emails were replied to in a very timely manner and they even gave me a wonderful moving in gift. I would highly recommend them.

After having our house on the market with another agent for a long while we decided to try Absolute after a recommendation. It was the best decision we could have made and our house sold within a couple of weeks. Chris was brilliant from start to finish. Absolute have let me the lovely flat I now live in. Everyone I have dealt with there has been fantastic - polite, helpful and informative. I've now let through four letting agents over a couple of decades. The first one was great, the second two were ok and with Absolute we're back to great again! 🙂 Handy web apps for e-signing and inventory as well - no piles of paper 👍👍👍

I have located your enquiry from last week, we had in excess of 20 enquiries for this property, we initially booked 5 viewings in for it and had several people wanting to take it. Demand is currently at record levels so it is not always possible to respond quick enough before properties get let or to try multiple times to get hold of potential tenants. Our landlord is very pleased that we secured a suitable tenant for them very quickly and efficiently. UPDATE: The difficult times we are in are causing changes in most businesses. We have to prioritise our time in dealing with properties that we have available to let not those we have already let. We do try hard to get back to everyone though. #bekind
