Professional but friendly Lettings & Estate Agents covering Torbay and surround. Phones always answered and enquiries always responded to. Found them highly efficient undertaking & managing lettings and spot on with results in the sales side. Having used their services for several years, speak as I find, Simon and the team would definately be my go to Agents in the bay.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Whilst we’re very pleased to receive this review, we’re sad to be losing you as one of our longest standing landlords after our sales team recently sold your rental property for you. Hopefully we’ll be able to help you again at some stage in the future! Simon

Absolute have let me the lovely flat I now live in. Everyone I have dealt with there has been fantastic - polite, helpful and informative. I've now let through four letting agents over a couple of decades. The first one was great, the second two were ok and with Absolute we're back to great again! 🙂 Handy web apps for e-signing and inventory as well - no piles of paper 👍👍👍PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have been so impressed with the professionalism of the team at Absolute, all the way through the process of selling our apartment, firstly with Frank’s cool and calm approach to viewings and buyers, he is unflappable and an asset to the business. And what can we say about Kim, this lady is a gem, always positive and proactive dealing with buyers queries, slow lawyers, and us nagging! Kim never lost her cool throughout the whole time and was always responsive, even sometimes going the extra mile and replying out of hours to us. Just super positive and great to deal with. Overall we highly recommend this team in Torquay. Thanks again. Paula and SpencerPositiveProfessionalism

So this is the 2nd ‘review’ that Ian Jones has now posted for our company. We do not believe that Ian Jones is the reviewers actual name. It seems that some tenants who do not pay their rent on time and subsequently get a bad reference like to give bad reviews in return. We will always give an accurate reference to other letting agents or landlords and will not be bullied into providing false information by the threat of a poor review like this one.

This seems like a fake ‘review’, perhaps the poster could get in contact to verify that they have actually been a customer of ours? It is far too easy to register an account with a username that can’t be traced and try to defame a company’s reputation. We are a small business that really works hard for our clients and we are seriously fed up with this kind of thing being done to us anonymously and being allowed by Google. UPDATE: 1 month on & no reply to our request to contact us so it appears that we have been anonymously trolled.

From start to finish we have been very impressed with the service offered from Absolute, we were lucky enough to both sell and buy through them. We compared a fair few agents and were left underwhelmed, it’s a really important decision to get your property marketed correctly for most impact. We were recommend by a friend to have a chat with Absolute and I very much liked the direct no nonsense approach from Darren who was professional, friendly, quick and efficient. From our first meeting with Darren the property was on the market within days. Shout out to Frank who was professional, polite and straightforward, not only did he sell our property to our first viewers he showed us around and was very helpful negotiating on our new home. Thanks Frank! The team at the Torquay office were all very polite helpful and efficient when speaking with them. Last but not least Kim! She’s was amazing throughout with friendly and humorous communication. She really helped steer both sale and purchase along. Thank you Kim. Very much recommend you give these Estate Agents a try!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Faultless service from start to finish. After renting with Absolute for a while in a great property with no issues,we was finally ready to buy our first home. Frank could not have been more helpful, his knowledge is second to none, Every aspect was dealt with in a professional manner. In no time at all we was handed the keys to our 1st home, would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Thanks Frank & the teamPositiveProfessionalism

This is just below any level. The only answer I get is that there is few people booked and they will get back to me regardin any viewing. They never did. Only today wanted to view another property which been listed today and again I have been told that its too early for viewing and they will get back to me ( doubt it) On the top of that one of the girl working in the office disconected the call without saying anything. The worst place, the worst service provided by any estate agency I know. I feel sorry for the estate agency owners as that’s the best way to ruin their business. This girl shouldn’t work at this place..Very Low level...I would never recomend this Company to anyone...

We have checked and we do not have any record of this person contacting us at all. We believe this to be for a similarly named business in Bedford not Torquay. I have requested Google to remove it due to it being incorrect but they have failed to do so.
