GoogleI wouldn’t never recomend this place. Poor service and some of the workers there probably think they are better then most of other people. Shame on them Torquay TQ1 2JG writes about your agency! It is very disappointing that you decided to become a keyboard warrior and complain publicly in this way rather than contact one of the directors to discuss any issues you feel you may have encountered. I do not believe that any of our staff feel they are better than other people, we also don't know what poor service you think you have experienced. The times we are in are crazy and we have to adhere to COVID regulations which has massively changed the way we have to operate. We can't identify this reviewer and make contact directly as they have chosen to not use their real name. Another review was posted from another new account initially on the same day, also using a first name and surname the same which we believe to be connected to this review as well. GoogleFrank was very pro-active in helping us to purchase our apartment. He facilitated multiple viewings (three in total, I think!), fielded many questions, negotiated on our behalf and followed up with us after completion to help with additional keys, property snags etc. The team at Absolute also gave us a moving in box with various goodies you need on day 1 which was a very nice touch. Fully recommend, thanks a lot Frank for all your help!

Holly is awesome, gets sh*t done, always available when needed, went above and beyond to address my demands while up in Scotland, shes quite the charmer. Holly, you're the best, forever in your debt Chelsea, i speak with on occasion - she's pretty cool too In all honesty, I've been dealing with this team for around 20 months now, never had a problem at all, great bunch of people, cracking team, in fact, they're so friendly I cannot wait to visit and stand awkwardly at the reception desk when I'm due more electric cards. GoogleJust got the keys to our first house through absolute, and they have been nothing but amazing! Emily was the one who showed us around the house on our viewing and she was so lovely and professional answering any questions we had! Then she kept us updated through the whole process, putting our minds at rest and always checking in on us which really helps at a super stressful time like buying a house! And then picking up the keys with also the cutest presents to go with them! Ella Simpson has been incredible, from showing me around the flat on the first day, to handing me the keys. She has been super helpful, especially to someone that has not rented before. She was professional and efficient with communication and put me at ease with the whole process, making my move as stress free as possible. Thank you Ella, you are amazing at what you do!

GoogleElla Simpson has helped me to find an outstanding apartment in a record time. She understood my needs very well, so she focused me into the right viewings, thus saving my time. She has been also extremely flexible and agile, accomodating to my complex work schedule constraints, quickly organizing viewings when I was available, and even replying e-mails on Sunday! On top of all this, she is very friendly, and she keeps being supportive after the move-in. It has been a pleasure dealing with her.

GoogleElla handled our move and could not have done more for us, always answered our enquries quickly and efficently and made us feel very safe. When we picked up the keys the Paignton office were lovely and we got a gift box which we weren't expecting. All in all a lovely experience and we hope this will continue in the future.

GoogleAbsolute were absolutely amazing! I can't fault the support they gave me through the sale of my property. Due to being messed around with my purchase I had to find a buyer 3 times within the year - Absolute gave the best advice at every step and nothing was too much trouble. Each time they were able to find a new buyer within days. Special thanks has to go to Lewis who was so patient and kind, I knew I could call him with any question and it would be handled professionally and in my best interest. That being said, everyone I spoke to in Brixham office were professional, polite and extremely helpful. I would recommend Absolute to anyone looking to sell their property in the bay, they were brilliant.

GoogleAs a landlord who had experienced issues with previous tenants I looked in to all local management companies and decided to go with absolute- I am so glad I did! Sam who looks after our properties within the Brixham office is a 5* property manager, any issues have been dealt with quickly, efficiently and without drama. It is difficult to find a company you can completley trust but Absolute has smashed it, i can relax knowing that not only us but our tenants are looked after with the upmost professionalism. I can't recommend this company enough.

GoogleWe experienced very friendly, professional and responsive service from the staff in the Brixham Office. Lewis and Louise were particularly helpful and proactive in progressing our transaction. GoogleWe recently moved into a property let by Absolute after our old landlord wanted to sell up. We dealt with Holly Jackson and from viewing to picking up the keys, our experience was seamless and stress-free. What could have been a stressful experience, moving with a small child and working full time, was made as easy as it could possibly be and we are really pleased about that. Couldn’t recommend enough.
