GoogleI dealt with Louise at 24 7 Property in finding a flat to rent for me and my partner. She was so helpful and kept us updated through the whole process. She replied to every email so quickly and was always there to answer any questions. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWhole process was super easy. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Been renting for years and this is by far the best letting agency we’ve dealt with. Couldn’t recommend enough, both Sarah and the other girl in shop (can’t remember name but she was lovely)

GoogleWow what can I say other than Louise Gordon at 24/7 has been amazing in making sure we found the right tenant for our property in Sandyhills. Even when we were not quite ready she always contacted us for updates and for her also to keep us right and pointing in the right direction. She is pleasant highly professional and a delight to deal with, she makes you feel that we were the only person she had to deal with. Would I recommend her? 100% she is an asset to 24/7. GoogleHorrible horrible agents, I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who privately rents a flat, they have no respect for tenants and they treat them with contempt and can be quite rude. I cannot understand why people are commenting that they are nice and work well with customers, I cannot understand it. I don’t know how this agents is still open.

GoogleReally smooth move from start to finish. Easy application, viewing arrangements and tenancy signing. Had minor issues moving in (expected when moving into any new property)'but they were rectified within minutes. Would highly recommend Susan and her team at the Kilmarnock office.

GoogleAs a landlord I have used 24-7 Property to manage my properties since 2019, and that proved to be a very well judged decision. I have full confidence in their ability to fix problems and maintain good contact with tenants. They also have an efficient and reliable sales department that I have used to sell a property when needed. Overall I'm very pleased with their service.

Google1. Haggle to pay for paint for fence 2. Haggle to get repairs done / completed 3. Took over 3 weeks to finally receive an email to confirm accommodation, please don’t act like you did me a favour, it’s your responsibility as the property agent to supply any person with documents required for visa applications. 4. Declined pets, my children required a support animal a kitten to be exact. 5. Gave one month notice then had the cheek to charge us for days we were not at the property. 6. Had to beg to get the deposit back. after listing the above do you think you deserve a 5 star? You can keep your coffee, I know where my family presents are not wanted!!, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , I rented one on the properties in Kilmarnock a few years back I recently asked for a review from my rental cv to my shock I was given a 3/5 👀 we never paid rent late even though Covid we did not ask for support we looked after the property like it was our own left plants behind and build a little deck outside we left the property in better standards that it was given to us, I honestly feel the 3 start is a poor grade one of the staff members must have a grip with legit people who have paid a lot of money to immigrated to this country!!

I recall that whilst you were tenant we went above and beyond to supply information in order that you could send over to South Africa to speed up family coming to live here, therefore i completely disagree that anyone within the company has a problem with anyone immigrating to this country. I also feel you are trying to use the race card to justify your review score. If you wish to discuss this further please feel free to pop into the office for a cup of tea and we can go over anything you wish.
